• Delivery will be conducted in a Registered Meat Transport Vehicle (refrigerated) by trained staff.
  • Items will be delivered in food safe plastic bags from the refrigerated truck to your address.
  • Items placed will be placed in the customer’s chosen food safe container at front door (e.g. esky, cooler bag) at the address specified in the online order – please note that there will be no contact between delivery staff and customer. Staff will NOT carry order into your home.
  • Please ensure delivery address allows safe access for our staff – NO pets, NO obstructions.
  • The customer must be home to accept delivery – staff will contact the customer on the telephone number provided on the online order to let you know how far away they are.
  • If you are not home to accept delivery:
    • If the customer is not home – the order will be available for pick up from shop for 48 hours 
    • OR you can sign waiver that staff will not take any responsibility for the items left at your address regarding security not food safety/hygiene.
